Sophia Burdett, LMT:
Sophia has a BA from Pace University (Summa Cum Laude) in Philosophy and Dance, both of which continue to serve as influences on the way she approaches bodywork. Sophia received the highest caliber of massage education at the Swedish Institute in NYC, specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage. She excels at creating a balance between a relaxing experience, while alleviating problem areas. Sophia is also certified in prenatal and postpartum massage and loves helping women cope with the challenges that occur both during and following pregnancy.
Yokasta Tineo, LMT:
Yokasta received her training in massage therapy at the Swedish Institute in NY. She’s been studying holistic healing, nutrition, mindfulness, reiki and various other healing techniques since 2007. Yokasta has a BA from Wesleyan University in Anthropology and Psychology. She strongly believes that massage therapy supports holistic health and increases quality of life. She customizes every session through the implementation of Swedish and Eastern techniques, Reiki, extensive knowledge of the body and mind and how their relationship is affected by illness, emotions, and daily living. You can depend on relaxing and effective sessions that will leave you feeling balanced and empowered.
Erin Lee, LMT:
Shortly after receiving her MFA in visual arts from the University of California-Irvine, Erin moved to New York. Here, she began to train with her modern dance heroes, lending her a background in movement and art that led her toward massage therapy. Studying massage fulfilled her interest in learning about body mechanics and how to care for the body in a therapeutic and holistic way. She gradusted from the Swedish Institute in 2008 and has focused her practice in medical and pregnancy massage, specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, manual lymph drainage and myofascial release.

Pam Christenson, LMT:
Pam is originally from MN; ingrained with a strong, Midwestern work ethic, Pam always tries to exceed expectations. She has been in NYC since 2004; has a background in dance and a BFA in theatre; both of which inform her approach to body work. Pam studied at the world renowned Swedish institute, where she later worked as a tutor when first beginning her practice. Pam utilizes many techniques including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping and self care education to treat chronic pain and range of motion limitations. She looks forward to helping you move better.
